Client Testimonials

“BMTS have been an asset to our organisation, they have provided us with Level 1 & 2 ACE's, enabling us to adopt a trauma-informed approach to service delivery and better understand the complexities that children and young people experience. In addition, they delivered and accessed an OCN level 2 in Stress Management for young people, Safeguarding training for volunteers & staff and helped us apply some business related concepts to ensure we are fully capturing our impact. From capacity building, organisational development and training/accreditation, I highly recommend getting in touch with BMTS. The specialist they provide are completely volunteer driven so it is great to come across people that have a passion for creating positive change.”

Youth Worker in Charge (Mid-Ulster)
“As a youth work practitioner, we are trained to support children, young people and deliver quality youth work programmes. However, we are not trained to manage a building, finance, HR etc, this is something you learn by doing. When I took over as Youth Worker in Charge, I found this process difficult but thankfully Boys & Girls Clubs and Black Mountain Training Services were there to guide and support me. When I done the CMI Level 5 in Leadership & Management through Black Mountain I felt confident in my own ability, it was complementary to my youth work skills and was amazing for my professional development.”
